Hello Folks,

Stop worrying for the SSC CGL Exam 2022?  Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it’s always your choice. In this post, we have share some of the motivational and magical theories which will bring the good fortune and good luck for you.
Let’s start the motivate journey for you.

Be Optimistic:
Helen Keller said "Optimism is the faith that leads to the ACHIVEMENT nothing can be done without the Hope and Confidence. This build an open channel through which a good fortune can travel toward you.  A pessimist see the difficulty in every opportunity but an optimist see the opportunity in every difficulty.

Have a habit to destroy the Fear of Failure:
Failure either destroy you or make you, so let your failure destroy your confidence. Winners are not afraid of losing, But the losers are. You should know failure is the part of success. People who avoid failure also avoid success said by Robert Kiyosaki.

Start Living on the Edge:
This is one of the most important motivational factors for the SSC CGL 2022 Aspirants. You are taking too much space if you are not living on the edge. That means, make your schedule as profitable as possible. Don’t waste your time. Do not fall into the trap of doing later.

Never ever give up:
Great thing take times. We all know Thomas Edition who invented the bulb. He himself fails 1000 times before the invention. Trust me your dream does not have the expiration date. Take a deep breath, and try again. The moment you want to quit, your journey automatically stop and your dreams ends.

Success Parameters:
Everybody have different successfully parameters. Don’t compare yourself with others. Lakhs of candidates gives SSC CGL Exam, many of them crack in first attempts and many of them don’t. You should have enough confidence in yourself that you will crack the exam.

Be Regular:
It is bad practice to open a books and notes on the day before/the week before the examination. O became a good in any subject it requires a great deal of practicing and patience. You must make the routine and keep it flexible. Identify your strengths and weakness. Study the difficult topics when you are more energetic.

Do not ignore your health at any cost. Eat healthy food. Avoid food from outside. Remember your mood depends upon what you eat. Taka a proper sleep, 7-8 hours per day (recommended by the experts).

Enjoy What You Study:
Enjoy each and every moment while you are studying. Like if you get the right answer of any question you must appreciate yourself for it and if you don’t get the correct answer never curse yourself. Motivate yourself by saying next time I will get the right answer for sure. This make you interest in your studies. Take a small break while studying, this make you feel fresh and you never get bored.

Some Small Tips for you:
  • “Do not wait to strike till the iron is hot; but make it hot by striking.” - William Butler Yeats
  • “Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.” – Goethe
  • “Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.” –Thomas A. Edison
  • “If you hear a voice within you say ‘you cannot paint,’ then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced.” –Vincent Van Gogh
  •  “If you don’t go after what you want, you’ll never have it. If you don’t ask, the answer is always no. If you don’t step forward, you’re always in the same place.” –Nora Roberts

If you follow these points, Great life is awaiting you ahead.
Happy Learning and Best of Luck!!! 😊

Banking sector may create 20 lakh new jobs in next 5-10 years: Experts

The banking sector may create up to 20 lakh new jobs in the next 5-10 years, helped by issuance of new licences and efforts being made by the RBI and the Government to expand financial services into rural areas, according to experts.

Hiring trend may get a further boost from the public sector banks, as many of them would need to hire fresh talent in the wake of nearly half of their workforce scheduled to retire in the next few years.

According to HR services major Randstad India, banking sector will generate 7-10 lakh jobs in the coming decade and the sector would be the among top job creators in 2014.

Estimates are, however, much higher for Manipal Academy of Banking, which expects expansion in banking sector, including by the existing and new banks, to help create 18-20 lakh new employees over the next five years.

IBPS hiring plan for 55,000 officers and clerical staff in year 2014.

2014 likely to shower jobs as economy improves

The employment scenario in the country is likely to witness a surge in 2014 with the banking segment expected to hire aggressively and a rebound in economic growth raising prospects for jobs across sectors. A deep economic slowdown and delay in implementation of projects have hurt jobs in several sectors, particularly in manufacturing. The slowdown in developed economies also hit jobs in the export and other allied sectors.

The banking sector has drawn up ambitious hiring plans for officers as well as administrative staff. State-run banks are expected to recruit about 55,000 officers and clerical staff in 2014. "On an average, in the next three years, the banking sector will recruit about 50,000 employees," said Anup Sankar Bhattacharya, director at the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.

The extent of demand for banking jobs is evident from the fact that nearly 10 lakh candidates appeared in the written exams for 19,000 vacancies for officers in state-run banks. Out of 10 lakh, only 57,000 will be called for interviews.

He said here on Sunday that the bank was adding nine more branches to the existing 62 in the zone covering Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari and West Godavari districts.

“We are opening branches at Anandapuram near Vizag and Penumantra near Tanuku (West Godavari), and also at Rajahmundry, Sarpavaram, Draksharamam and Jaggampeta in East Godavari. These branches would be set up before the end of the financial year,” he said.

Sudhakar Reddy said the bank was setting up 52 ultra small branches in villages with population above 2,000 and business correspondents in 153 villages with population below 2,000. The bank has advances of Rs 2,500 crore and deposits of Rs 2,300 crore in the zone.

Muthoot Finance plans NCD issue

Gold loan company Muthoot Finance Ltd plans to tap the market with a public issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs), its Managing Director, George Alexander Muthoot, said.

“We are going to soon file the papers (with the regulator) for this issue. The actual amount to be raised has not been decided as yet,” Muthoot told Business Line. The issue may take place in the next 10 days, he indicated.

For Muthoot Finance, this will be the fifth NCD issue. The company had already come up with four listed NCD issues in recent years.

Muthoot, however, pointed out that the company was comfortable on the capital front and there was no urgent requirement for funds.

The company is eyeing a 10 per cent increase in assets under management this fiscal, he added.

HDFC Bank to open more branches in rural areas

FC Bank will be focusing on having a greater number of new branches in the semi-urban and rural areas, and is targeting to take the total proportion of such outlets to 60 per cent in three years, according to a top official.

“In the next three to four years, the number of semi-urban and rural branches will go up till 60 per cent from the present 54 per cent,” HDFC Bank Executive Director Paresh Sukthankar told PTI in an interaction.

He said around 80 per cent of the approximately 300 new branches which the bank will be opening this year will be in such areas.

It can be noted that due to the excessive concentration of banking in the urban areas, and the neglect of the un-banked or the under-banked areas thereof, the regulator has asked banks to open a fourth of their new branches in such areas. The stipulation applies even for the new banks.

Sukthankar said apart from meeting the regulatory requirements on the number of branches and contributing to its priority sector lending requirements.

With a newer set of banks expected to enter business, it will also help in securing better customers, he said.

When asked about the costs associated with such a move and if this focus will hurt the operations cost, Sukthankar said that the cost of opening such branches is lower than that in the city.

Unlike other banks, which enter such areas with offering only a few products, HDFC Bank goes with its entire bouquet of products which helps it increase the income and fees from a particular branch, he said.

The rural branches will also help the bank in its sustainable livelihoods banking initiative, wherein it gives micro credit to skilled people, trains them in a discipline and also marketing the goods, he said.

RBI not in favour of sovereign bond

Addressing his 20th monetary policy review which marked the end of his five-year term, Reserve Bank of India governor D Subbarao left foreign exchange markets in a tizzy by stating that he did not favour a sovereign bond issue and that RBI will not stand in the way of a falling rupee except to curb volatility. The absence of the any further measures to protect the domestic currency and lower growth forecasts also increased pressure on the local currency which fell by more than a rupee on Monday. In what is probably his last monetary policy, Subbarao provided his take on economic issues facing the country...

Relief to Sahara in Sebi contempt plea

The Supreme Court on Tuesday asked market regulator Sebi whether other Sahara companies should face contempt of court proceedings and made liable for violating the court order directing Sahara India Real Estate Corporation (SIRECL) and Sahara Housing Investment Corporation (SHICL) to refund Rs 24,000 crore.
The bench of Justices K S Radhakrishnan and J S Khehar asked, "What is the connection of SIRECL and SHICL with other group companies? Can we, while pursuing these two companies, order attachment of the assets of other group companies? Before us, only these two companies had given an undertaking that they had invested the monies in other group companies. But the other companies had not stood surety for these two companies."
Sebi counsel Arvind Datar termed the Sahara group as a "single economic entity" and said for the default of one of the companies within the single entity, the court could proceed against the group and its companies.

India has self-belief to retain 2015 World Cup title: Kapil Dev

India's 1983 World Cup winning skipper Kapil Dev feels the growing self belief of the Indian cricket team that they can win regularly outside their own borders could hold them in good stead to defend the 2015 World Cup title in Australia and New Zealand.
Indian sides have notoriously played like champs at home and chumps overseas, but Kapil thinks the country's triumph at this year's Champions Trophy in the United Kingdom could prove to be a pivotal moment on the road to the game's showpiece event in early 2015.
